Bulk Deleting & Restoring Opportunities
Efficiently clean up your pipeline by deleting multiple opportunities at once, with the safety net of restoring them if needed.
🚀 Overview
You can now select multiple opportunities to delete them in a single action, saving time on pipeline cleanup. To prevent accidental data loss, the system also allows you to restore these deleted opportunities for up to 2 months after deletion.
🗑️ How to Bulk Delete
- Go to the Opportunities tab.
- Switch to the All or List view to see your records.
- Select Opportunities: Check the boxes next to the opportunities you want to remove, or use the "Select all" option.
- Click the Delete icon in the action menu.
- Confirm: Type DELETE in the confirmation box to verify the action.
♻️ How to Restore Deleted Opportunities
If you accidentally delete the wrong opportunities, you can recover them easily.
- Click on the Bulk Actions link in the "Success" toast notification, or navigate to the Bulk Actions history page.
- Find the "Delete" action in the history log.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the row.
- Select Restore.
