How to Collapse and Resize Pipeline Stages in Kanban View
Customize your Kanban board by collapsing inactive stages and resizing columns to perfectly fit your workflow.
🚀 Overview
If you have a complex sales pipeline with multiple stages, your Kanban board can sometimes require a lot of horizontal scrolling. To help you focus on the deals that matter most, you can now fully customize your pipeline view by collapsing specific stages and adjusting column widths!
Whether you want to hide an empty stage or shrink the "Closed/Won" column to make more room for active leads, these new display options give you complete control over your workspace.

↕️ 1. How to Collapse and Expand Stages
If there is a stage in your pipeline that you don't need to monitor constantly, you can collapse it into a narrow vertical bar to save screen real estate.
- To Collapse: Look at the top right corner of any stage header. Click the left-facing arrow icon. The stage will instantly shrink, hiding the opportunity cards but keeping the stage name visible vertically.
- To Expand: Simply click the right-facing arrow icon on any collapsed stage to instantly restore it to its full size.

↔️ 2. How to Resize Stage Columns
In addition to collapsing stages entirely, you can manually adjust the exact width of any expanded column to fit more data on your screen.
- Hover your mouse over the vertical dividing line between any two pipeline stages.
- A blue highlight line will appear, and your cursor will change to a resize indicator.
- Click and drag the line left or right to make the stage narrower or wider according to your preference!
