Video Testimonials introduce a modern way for your business to collect real customer stories — on camera. You can now invite clients to submit video reviews and manage all submissions directly in your Huxley dashboard.

Add a video-testimonial request step to your existing review request campaigns.

📱 Mobile-Friendly Video Recording

Customers can record or upload videos from any device:

• Phone

• Tablet

• Computer

All recording and upload pages match your existing Reputation(Labs) branding.

View, manage, approve, and download video testimonials right from your dashboard.

Approved videos can be embedded or displayed on:

• Websites

• Funnels

• Landing pages

• Widgets & components

Here’s the complete flow your customers will experience:

1. 📩 You send a review request (SMS or email).

2. 🎤 The customer taps Submit a Video Testimonial.

3. 📹 They record or upload their video.

4. 📥 The video appears in Reputation(Labs) → Testimonials → Video.

5. 👍 You can approve, download, or publish it.

Inside your Huxley dashboard:

1. Log into your Huxley account

2. Navigate to Reputation(Labs)

3. Click Video Testimonials

4. Select Video Collectors or Responses

5. Review pending and approved videos

1. Go to Automations

2. Open your existing Review Request workflow

3. Add a step → Request Video Testimonial

4. Customize your message

5. Publish your workflow

From the Video Testimonials dashboard, you can also manually send a request:
